The Management Team

Eric Riedi
Eric Riedi is the founder and Managing Director of The Provider Connection, Inc. His management experience in the healthcare industry spans over 15 years across the Midwest, West coast and Southeast regions of the United States. After receiving his Business degree from Indiana University, he began his career on the vendor side of the healthcare market in sales and marketing of capital medical equipment and software information systems. In 2002, he shifted gears and focused on developing a sales and marketing department for a medical billing company. During this tenure, he gained a knowledge and expertise about the billing industry and specifically devoted his efforts to physical therapy and rehabilitation related health care providers. With this experience and commitment to the field of physical therapy and its related professions, he launched The Provider Connection in anticipation of facilitating the growth and development of practices around the country.

Alka Srivastva
Alka Srivastva, Ph.D. has over 15 years of international business experience and holds a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University. Her primary role is to manage the operations and infrastructure of the company while providing organizational consulting, growth and change management guidance to our clients.

Christina Cejka
Christina Cejka is the Director of Billing Operations. She brings over 25 years of experience in the managed healthcare industry to this position. After receiving her degree from the University of Maryland in Business Management, Christina began her career as a Senior Implementation Project Manager with a major healthcare software vendor and subsequently transitioned into various senior management positions with several large health insurance companies and private physician offices in the fields of Operations and IT. Her expertise extends into management of medical billing operations and follow up support, software implementation and includes an extensive knowledge of commercial and governmental insurance processes.

Angela Bishop
Angela Bishop has an extensive background in the health care and banking industry.  She was educated in St. George’s, Grenada where she received her formal education with distinctions in Health Science and English Literature.  She was employed with The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for seven years and then subsequently became The Secretary of Tourism, traveling extensively throughout North America and Europe representing Grenada.  Later, Angela relocated to Canada and remained within the banking industry before moving to the United States.  Upon doing so, she entered the health care administration field and was employed with H.I.P. of New York, helping to establish and manage the mammography department within the organization.  For the past seven years in Florida, Angela has been involved with managing several therapy and rehabilitation offices, focusing on health care insurance and client management of accounts.
